Job summary

RSA Contractors in the Condamine region of QLD seeks an experienced Grader Operator to join for initial project work, operating CAT graders with GPS machine control on diverse civil and mining projects across Queensland. The role offers a flexible DIDO 14/7 roster, with paid travel time, accommodation and meals.

You will work with an experienced delivery team to ensure safe operations, equipment care and high-quality earthworks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience operating graders with GPS machine control and final trim experience is highly regarded.
• Current Australian Driver Licence and White Card are required.
• Previous experience on civil construction and/or mining projects is preferred.
• Ability to work across regional and remote project locations with roster arrangements including DIDO and FIFO.
• Current Standard 11 and QLD Coal Board Medical highly regarded.
