Job summary

RX Global is seeking an experienced Medical Content Developer to join our Australian GP education programs, including GPCE and ThinkGP. You’ll translate clinical evidence into practical CPD modules and live conference education for GPs and primary care professionals.

Working with clinical experts and writers, you’ll ensure content meets RACGP/ACRRM accreditation and editorial standards while coordinating multiple projects across digital learning and major live events.

Qualifications

• Experience developing medical, clinical or scientific educational content.
• Strong medical writing, editing and proofreading skills across digital and print.
• Ability to interpret medical evidence and clinical guidelines.
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to editorial and clinical accuracy.
• Experience using PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with content management systems and Excel.
• Knowledge of RACGP and/or ACRRM accreditation requirements, or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning outcomes and shape high-quality GP education with clinical experts and writers.
• Translate medical evidence and guidelines into clear, engaging educational content.
• Ensure content meets educational objectives, editorial standards and accreditation requirements.
• Brief and manage medical writers, establish timelines and provide clear editorial direction.
• Review, edit and proof CPD activities, conference presentations and resources.
• Maintain consistency in clinical accuracy, tone and editorial style across GPCE and ThinkGP.
• Collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders to manage feedback and revisions.
• Oversee final content uploads and quality assurance in ThinkGP and GPCE systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and scale content production.
