Job summary

RX Global is seeking a Medical Content Developer to shape CPD education for Australian GPs and primary care professionals across GPCE and ThinkGP. You will translate evidence into practical, accredited learning for busy clinicians.

Based in Australia with Sydney hybrid or remote options, you’ll collaborate with clinical experts, writers and editors, manage timelines and ensure RACGP/ACRRM accreditation while delivering high-quality online and live education.

Qualifications

• Experience developing medical or scientific educational content.
• Strong medical writing, editing and proofreading across digital and print.
• Ability to interpret medical evidence and clinical guidelines.
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Attention to detail and editorial accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of Content, clinical experts and medical writers to develop learning outcomes and GP education.
• Translate medical evidence and guidelines into clear, engaging educational content.
• Ensure content meets educational objectives and accreditation requirements.
• Brief and manage medical writers; establish timelines and provide editorial direction.
• Review, edit and proof CPD activities, conference materials and resources.
• Maintain consistency in clinical accuracy, tone and editorial style across GPCE and ThinkGP.
• Collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders to manage feedback and revisions.
• Oversee final content uploads and quality assurance in ThinkGP and GPCE systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and scale content production.
