Job summary

Campbelltown City Council is seeking a Governance and Risk Administration Officer to support governance and risk frameworks, WHS Management System, and information access. The role requires handling confidential information in a fast-paced, politically sensitive environment and supporting councillors.

The successful applicant will have relevant qualifications or experience, strong IT skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance and risk administration preferred.
• Confidentiality and working in a politically sensitive environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common software tools.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for governance and risk processes and confidentiality.
• Assist with administration of Council meetings and Councillor support.
• Support WHS, information access and risk management activities.
