Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering governance outcomes in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with ability to influence decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive-level documentation.
• Continuous improvement mindset with ability to uplift governance practices.

Aufgaben

• Lead governance processes, frameworks, and assurance activities.
• Prepare briefs, committee papers, governance artefacts and strategic advice for senior executives.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across operational areas and delivery partners.
• Identify governance risks, gaps and opportunities, and implement improvements.
• Provide oversight to ensure activities are controlled, traceable and fit-for-purpose.
• Support coordination of emerging priorities and contribute to improvement initiatives.
• Ensure governance activities align with security requirements and regulatory obligations.
