Qualifications

• Proven experience leading governance teams in complex environments.
• Strong ability to produce executive-level documentation and briefs.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset with governance uplift initiatives.
• Experience in government or highly regulated environments is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance processes, frameworks, and assurance activities for policy-aligned delivery.
• Prepare briefs, committee papers, governance artefacts and strategic advice for senior executives.
• Build and maintain relationships across operational areas, leadership and delivery partners.
• Identify governance risks, gaps and opportunities and implement improvements.
• Provide oversight to ensure activities are controlled, traceable and fit-for-purpose.
• Support coordination of priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure governance activities align with security requirements and regulatory obligations.
