Job summary

WorkPac is seeking a Quarry Worker / Multi Skilled Operator for our client in Googong, NSW. The role involves daily pre-start inspections, identifying faults, and operating front-end loaders, dump trucks, watercarts, and excavators within a busy quarry environment.

You will contribute to general quarry labouring, uphold safety standards, and maintain a clean, safe site. Monday to Friday day shift with Saturdays available, penalties apply to hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Previous quarry or similar industry experience.
• Experience operating front-end loaders.
• Dump truck, watercart and excavator experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily pre-start inspections on HME plant and equipment.
• Identify and report machine faults and maintenance issues.
• General quarry labouring, including hosing and shovelling.
• Operate front-end loaders, dump trucks and watercarts.
• Operate excavators and support general quarry activities.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
