Job summary

Newgreens Chatswood, operated by Clublinks, seeks a Golf Operations Team Leader to oversee daily golf operations and guest experiences at our redesigned 12-hole course and vibrant clubhouse on Sydney's Lower North Shore.

The role is permanent part-time (32 hours per week, Friday to Monday). You will coordinate bookings, tee times and customer inquiries, while supporting teamwork, training and safe operation practices.

Newgreens Chatswood is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Golf Operations Team Leader to join our team.

Reopened in June as Australia’s first purpose-designed 12-hole golf course, Newgreens Chatswood is bringing a fresh approach to golf on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

With a redesigned 12-hole course and vibrant clubhouse, Newgreens is a modern precinct for golf, wellness, dining and community connection.

This is a permanent part time role. 32 hours per week (8 hours - Friday - Monday)

The Role

As Golf Operations Team Leader, you’ll play a hands-on role in the day-to-day delivery of golf operations at Newgreens Chatswood.

Working alongside the management team, you’ll help lead the Golf Operations team, coordinate daily activities and ensure members, guests and the local community enjoy a welcoming and memorable golf experience.

You will:

Support the daily operations of the Golf Operations team.

Coordinate daily golf and pro shop operations, including bookings, tee times and customer enquiries.

Provide a high level of service to members, guests and the local community.

Assist with merchandising, stock control and presentation of the pro shop.

Help maintain high standards across golf operational areas and customer-facing spaces.

Support the onboarding and training of Golf Operations team members.

Promote safe work practices and ensure operational procedures are followed.
