Job summary

ISS on the Gold Coast is seeking Cleaning Specialists for part-time roles across Coomera, Southport, West Burleigh and more. You will clean public internal areas, operate vacuums and cleaning supplies, and help maintain tidy, welcoming spaces for staff and visitors.

Ideal candidates hold a National Police clearance, a Blue Card/WWC, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Flexible shifts support work-life balance in a friendly, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

The Position:

• Cleaning of public internal areas; offices, classrooms, laboratories, toilets, waiting areas and tea rooms.
• Using cleaning equipment to include vacuums, cleaning chemicals, scrapers and dusters.
• Stocking of supplies and ordering as necessary
• Requires self-motivation and integrity to work autonomously
• Maintenance of cleaning records and compliance standards
• Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers

What You Need:

• National Police clearance, within 12 months of issue (or willingness to get one)
• A Blue Card/Working With Children Check within 5 years of issue (or willingness to get one)
• Have a positive can-do attitude
• Previous cleaning experience desired, willingness to learn essential
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
