Task Recruitment is seeking a Product Service Engineer in Brisbane to support a GNSS-based mining OT module within a global suite. You will deliver Level 2 and Level 3 technical support and work closely with Product Development, Engineering and field teams to resolve complex issues.

You’ll investigate software, hardware and networking problems, perform root cause analysis and help drive continuous product improvements while supporting deployments at customer sites across Australia and

Competenze

A degree in Engineering, Mining Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience.
Experience providing Level 2 & Level 3 technical support for enterprise software, industrial systems or Operational Technology solutions.
Strong troubleshooting skills across software, hardware and networking.
Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

Provide advanced Level 2 & 3 technical support for a globally deployed Mining Operational Technology suite.
Investigate, diagnose and resolve complex software, hardware and networking issues.
Perform root cause analysis and work closely with Product Development teams to deliver permanent solutions.
Act as the technical liaison between customers, dealers, implementation teams and engineering.
Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI), Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) and product validation activities.
Support software upgrades, product releases and ongoing product enhancements.
