Job summary

Randstad has been engaged to support a flagship client in the pharma/biotech sector, with a Brisbane-based presence expanding into Melbourne. The role sits at the Clayton facility and focuses on sample management, stability study coordination, and day-to-day lab support on a 6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm shift, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a cGMP laboratory environment preferred.
• In-person, on-site work is essential to support site operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine sample receipt, aliquoting, storage, and distribution per GMP procedures.
• Maintain sample traceability and chain of custody using LIMS.
• Coordinate stability sample pulls and testing timelines.
• Support laboratory operations including glassware washing and equipment upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, data integrity, and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and Manufacturing to drive continuous improvement.
