Job summary

Eurofins PSS is recruiting a Facility Support Services Technician in Melbourne to provide essential GMP and non‑GMP laboratory and pilot‑scale support. You will prepare solutions, manage materials, and maintain equipment, while ensuring compliance and inspection readiness.

You will support GMP manufacturing activities in CPA and CPS areas, handle inventory using SAP/Ariba, and assist with housekeeping, waste management, and document control. Training and skill development are available.

Qualifications

• GMP experience preferred, 2+ years.
• Science Diploma preferred.
• Proven experience in inventory control in a laboratory setting.
• Familiarity with SAP & Ariba and proficiency in MS Office.
• Good documentation skills and ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense raw materials, buffers, media, and process solutions in GMP conditions.
• Operate and set up equipment and ensure readiness; calibrate as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and electronic records; ensure inspection readiness.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, GDP compliance, and purchasing workflows.
• Support gowning, sterilisation, autoclave operations, and waste handling.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams with opportunities for training.
