A leading healthcare provider is seeking a General Manager – Clinical Governance to oversee clinical governance frameworks and digital health outcomes. You will leverage your expertise to ensure high-quality, safe care, implement strategic programs, and engage with various stakeholders within a complex healthcare environment. This full-time position is located in Melbourne with flexible working arrangements.
We have an opportunity for a General Manager – Clinical Governance, Clinical & Digital Health Outcomes to join Bupa APAC’s Clinical Governance Team. This newly created role will provide strategic leadership in clinical governance, medical assurance, and digital health outcomes across Bupa’s diverse healthcare portfolio.
With your advanced clinical expertise, you will lead the maturation of clinical governance frameworks, systems and processes relating to an expanding medical workforce and partner with business units to ensure safe, high-quality care delivery. You will also play a key role in evaluating new healthcare propositions and shaping the future of digital health at Bupa.
This position reports to the Chief Medical Officer and is offered as permanent, full-time hours based at our Melbourne or Sydney offices with flexible, hybrid work arrangements available.
In this role, you will make a meaningful impact by shaping the future of clinical governance and digital health outcomes across Bupa’s healthcare services. Your leadership will ensure safe, high-quality care delivery and drive innovation in clinical systems and data governance.
The ideal candidate is a strategic medical leader with deep expertise in clinical governance, health informatics, and stakeholder engagement. You thrive in complex environments and have proven success implementing clinical governance programs across a range of healthcare settings, including virtual care.
