Compass Group Pty Limited in Australia is seeking a General Manager, Business & Industry to lead a national portfolio across Eurest, Restaurant Associates and Rapport from SYD or MEL. You will shape strategy, elevate customer experiences and drive sustainable growth through exceptional people and operational leadership.

The role demands 10+ years of general management experience with broad P&L accountability, strong leadership, and hands-on delivery at an executive level.

Qualifications

• 10+ years general management experience with broad functional and large P&L accountability.
• Proven success leading complex service-based operations and highly engaged teams.
• Strong people leadership experience and highly engaging communicator.
• Savvy commercial, financial and analytical capability.
• Executive-level stakeholder influence, strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to delivery.

• Lead and shape portfolio spanning 1,500+ people, 140+ contracts and hundreds of millions in revenue.
• Lead strategic and operational performance across a large, complex portfolio of brands.
• Drive commercial results, safety, customer experience, growth and contract retention.
• Influence at executive level, drive market growth and deliver premium customer experiences.
• Build a high-performing leadership team with a strong culture of accountability and care.
• Translate enterprise strategy into practical operating models that improve efficiency, innovation and performance.
