Job summary

atomica, part of Wesfarmers Health, is hiring at Mandurah for Glow Advisors. You will offer personalised beauty consultations, help customers find makeup and skincare must-haves, and perform makeup/lash services to elevate the in-store experience.

Joining a leading Australian beauty destination, you’ll contribute to a welcoming, expert customer journey and participate in ongoing product and service training within atomica’s stores.

Qualifications

• Beauty/makeup skills are mandatory — qualified or self-taught for full-face makeup applications.
• Retail experience with a passion for delivering amazing customer service.
• Strong passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty.
• Excellent communication to build real connections with customers.
• Creative flair for merchandising and visual presentation.
• Team player who shines brighter together.
• Qualifications or experience as a makeup artist or in the beauty industry are a plus.

About the role:

Our Glow Advisors are the friendly faces that bring our brand to life! They're customer service pros who know how to make people feel welcome and truly connect with them.

With your passion for beauty, skincare, and wellbeing, you'll make each customer feel unique. Whether it’s helping them find the perfect makeup shade, discovering a new fragrance, setting up a skincare routine, or just pointing them to their favorite products, you’ll create an unforgettable experience every time.
