Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Wholesale Executive in Australia to drive wholesale growth and brand execution across international markets. You will work with the global wholesale team to strengthen retailer relationships, coordinate product launches, and support sales and retail marketing strategies.

You will analyze sales performance, monitor market trends, and track KPIs to identify opportunities for distribution improvements and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in wholesale, sales, account management, or related commercial role.
• Experience in beauty/personal care or lifestyle is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail with accurate product information and records.
• Strong written and verbal communication for engagement with retail partners and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
• Understanding of retail operations, launches, merchandising, and wholesale account management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Wholesale in implementing retail and commercial strategies across accounts and markets.
• Track, analyze, and report on retail sales, revenue, and KPIs; identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintain launch calendars, promotional schedules, and commercial timelines.
• Monitor product performance, stock, assortment effectiveness, and distribution opportunities.
• Coordinate new product launches, including retailer setup and assets.
• Maintain retailer assortments and product listings with updates for launches and changes.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations on launches and activations.
• Onboard new retail partners with product setup, training, and sampling.
• Manage day-to-day communication with retail partners on launches and campaigns.
• Prepare retailer presentations, sell-in materials, and business reviews.
