Job summary

Dentsu Creative seeks a detail-oriented Digital Content Coordinator to deliver and update digital content for a global client, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and brand compliance. You will work with marketing, product and regional teams to publish content across CMS platforms.

This is a one-year fixed-term contract, hybrid in Sydney, with responsibilities spanning CMS updates, content localization for APAC, and continuous website optimization in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in digital content publishing, web production or CMS administration.
• Experience with CMS tools like Adobe Experience Manager or WordPress.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and ability to work across regions.
• A track record in multilingual websites and localization processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global team environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, update and deploy pages in the client CMS tooling.
• Follow web briefs to apply content updates and customisations.
• Collaborate with regional and international partners to meet client needs.
• Adhere to publishing plans and project schedules, escalate risks.
• Enable marketing/product teams to implement initiatives on the site.
• Support localisation to roll out updates from HQ to APAC sites.
• Identify opportunities to optimise the client's website and processes.
