Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. in Sydney is seeking a detail‑oriented Digital Content Coordinator to manage the delivery of digital content and website updates for a global client.

You will build, update and deploy web pages via our client’s CMS tools (AEM/WordPress), follow briefs through Jira, and collaborate with regional and international teams to ensure timely, brand‑aligned content across multilingual sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in digital content publishing or web production.
• Experience using a Content Management System such as Adobe Experience Manager or WordPress.
• Ability to work independently and evaluate tasks, demonstrating project management skills.
• Experience in an international setting with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of managing multilingual websites to minimize learning curves.
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of your work.

Responsibilities

• Build, update & deploy tailored web pages within our client’s CMS tooling based on features, components and designs.
• Follow web briefs (via Jira) to apply detailed content updates or customisations to global and regional web pages.
• Collaborate with regional and international partners to meet all client website needs.
• Follow strict content publishing plans and project schedules and escalate risks when required.
• Enable our client’s internal marketing and product teams to implement initiatives on their website.
• Adhere to global rollout and localisation processes to deliver updates from HQ to local sites in APAC.
• Pro-actively seek opportunities to continuously optimise the client’s website and processes.
