TAB is seeking a Wagering Operations Manager to lead a portfolio that connects partners, platforms and markets across multiple jurisdictions. You will influence product strategy, commercial growth and delivery at scale while collaborating with technology, operations and commercial teams.

• Own the strategic wagering direction with existing partners for growth across the organisation.
• Lead co-mingling partnerships and commercial product initiatives across international and domestic markets.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across technology, legal and operations teams.
• Identify growth opportunities within both markets and develop supporting business cases.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Manage partner onboarding, compliance and delivery risks.
