Job summary

SP Jain School of Global Management is seeking a Vice President – Academic to provide strategic academic leadership across its Sydney, Singapore, Mumbai and Dubai campuses. This senior role oversees Deans, Academic Directors and research-related functions while ensuring compliance with TEQSA, EQUIS and AACSB standards.

Reporting to the President, the VP – Academic will shape undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs and support global brand excellence.

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in higher education or multi-campus environments.
Experience with accreditation, regulation, and quality assurance in international education.
Ability to lead Deans, Academic Directors and faculty across campuses.

Responsibilities

Assist the President in strategy formulation for academic and brand health.
Steer pedagogy and academic excellence in line with Board strategy.
Lead Deans to recruit diverse student bodies and deliver high-quality courses.
Guide curriculum committees on innovative, tech-enabled pedagogy and simulations.
Engage with students and alumni through events and forums.
Develop and implement faculty recruitment and management plans.
Build an integrated academic team through regular engagement with staff.
Support Dean – Research to drive practice-oriented research output.
Oversee accreditation and regulatory compliance with TEQSA, EQUIS, AACSB.
Collaborate with admin and marketing to strengthen global brand.
