Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service, reservations, sales support or call centre environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers after their booking has been confirmed.
• Assist guests with booking amendments including upgrades, extensions, extra nights, supplements and special requests.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow up deposits, final payments, and travel documentation requirements.
• Educate customers on destinations, products, and promotional offers.
• Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.
• Liaise with internal departments regarding itinerary updates, special requirements, and operational changes.
• Support airline-related service requests including seating, schedule changes, and special meals.
• Provide assistance with overflow inbound sales and service calls when required.
• Support leadership with day-to-day operational tasks across the department.
