Job summary

Travel Trade Recruitment is seeking a Wholesale Reservations Consultant in Sydney for a hybrid role. You will handle enquiries from travel agents and customers, quote and book travel, upsell where appropriate, and build relationships with agents while delivering expert product advice.

The successful candidate will have travel industry or reservations experience, strong customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with solid communication and learning of reservation

• Confidence dealing with travel agents
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Great phone and email skills
• The ability to quickly learn new reservation systems
• GDS / reservations system experience is highly regarded.
