Job summary

Blackmores is embarking on a major multi-year transformation, rolling out TPM across ANZ, Greater China and SEAK to standardise rebates and promotions. The Global TPM Lead will drive governance, automation and reporting while interfacing with SAP S/4HANA and IBP during the program.

This global role sits at the intersection of transformation, finance and commercial operations, offering exposure to Anaplan, SAP S/4HANA and enterprise-wide governance in a large-scale environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Trade Promotion Management within FMCG or Life Sciences.
• Hands-on Anaplan experience, ideally TPM model exposure.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, IBP or financial planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and transform TPM processes across regions to standardise promotions and rebates.
• Design and deploy Anaplan TPM models aligned with global standards and SAP integration.
• Ensure data alignment across Anaplan, SAP S/4HANA and IBP; enable dashboards and ROI analysis.
