The BUSY Group, a not-for-profit organisation, is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead end-to-end bid management across Australia and beyond. You will shape strategy, coordinate diverse contributors, and craft persuasive submissions.

Based in Fortitude Valley with a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days at home), you will work with senior leaders and a growing international non-profit to extend education, employment and training reach.

• Proven expertise leading end-to-end bid management.
• Exceptional writing, strategic thinking and project management skills.
• Ability to coordinate diverse contributors and drive a bid to a common goal.
• Resilience and sound judgement with competing deadlines.
