Job summary

RSM in Australia seeks an International Tax and Transfer Pricing Manager to advise clients on cross-border tax and transfer pricing matters and manage a junior team. You will drive technical delivery, engage with clients, and contribute to growth of the tax capability within the firm.

You will work with Partners to deliver practical, robust advice on inbound and outbound investments, financing, and supply chain modelling, while developing junior staff and expanding thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in international tax and/or transfer pricing within a professional services firm or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Australian corporate tax and international structures and transactions.
• Experience advising on CFCs, hybrid mismatches, thin capitalization and cross-border structuring.
• Client relationship management mindset with ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, data modelling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end international tax and transfer pricing engagements, including scoping, resourcing and budgeting.
• Lead and mentor junior team members and deliver practical, robust advice to clients.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with tax, finance and legal stakeholders.
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership and business development.
• Oversee risk management, including ATO reviews and transfer pricing compliance.
