Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Talent Sourcer for Starlink to build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across engineering, supply chain, go-to-market, and business operations. You will engage passive candidates, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, and own the search from intake to handoff, ensuring a closeable pipeline while representing SpaceX professionally.

This on-site role in Redmond, WA requires exceptional communication, accountability, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter or sourcer in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across engineering, supply chain, go-to-market, and business operations.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to find and engage passive candidates.
Own the search and handoff as an extreme owner, ensuring passive talent is closeable and excited about the opportunity.
Run intake with recruiters and hiring managers and turn each role into a searchable profile.
Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X, niche technical communities, events, and target-company mapping.
Use AI research tools to move faster, and write outreach yourself.
Send personalized outreach to generate quality response rates, and qualify candidates over the phone.
Build and maintain pipelines for current and upcoming roles, and keep ATS records accurate.
Track metrics to ensure pipelines meet demand.
