Job summary

Quad Lock in Melbourne is seeking a Global Supply Planner to own end-to-end planning across B2B and DTC, balancing availability, inventory and cost efficiency as we scale.

You will manage plans in Logility, monitor stock, oversee OEM orders, automate processes, and collaborate across demand planning, logistics, sales, manufacturing and customer experience to drive accuracy and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Supply Planner in retail/wholesale with a global footprint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision making.
• Advanced Excel and G-Suite skills; experience with Logility and NetSuite is advantageous.
• Tertiary qualifications in business management or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply planning across B2B and DTC channels.
• Maintain stock targets and inventory turnover across regional DCs.
• Automate processes and improve information flow across teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with demand planning, logistics, sales, manufacturing, and customer experience teams.
• Provide monthly reporting on key metrics like availability and stock turns.
