Grundfos in Adelaide, Australia, is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead a cross-border team across Australia and Indonesia, shaping a proactive culture and ensuring component availability for local assembly.

You'll drive inventory control, develop a robust supply chain, partner with Operations, Quality and Customer Service, and mentor seven team members to deliver results across geographies while upholding Grundfos values.

Qualifications

• Hands-on supply chain leadership with manufacturing planning experience.
• Strong SAP proficiency and data-driven decision making.
• Proven track record developing and leading teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute supply chain strategy to achieve performance targets (inventory value, days of supply, clean stock, delivery KPIs).
• Monitor safety stock levels and drive supply chain robustness via forecasts and data maintenance.
• Manage Purchase Orders and Production Orders to ensure continuity of supply and CIC management with suppliers.
• Lead and develop a team across Australia and Indonesia, fostering engagement and sound employee relations.
• Build cooperative relationships with Operations, Quality, Customer Service and EHS for a sustainable workplace.
