Job summary

Takeda seeks an experienced Clinical Operations professional to serve as a Local Site Engagement specialist. You will partner with study teams, sites, and CROs to support feasibility, site selection, startup, recruitment strategies, and ongoing study conduct across the region.

Responsibilities include coordinating with MA and internal CSSE functions, attending key meetings, and maintaining engagement trackers. Travel up to 50% may be required to fulfil duties in Australia and nearby regions.

Qualifications

• Extensive site management and monitoring experience across multiple studies.
• Strong understanding of clinical development processes and GCP.
• Excellent communication with sites, CROs, and internal stakeholders, including MA and CSSE functions.

Responsibilities

• Supports study teams from feasibility through CSR within the assigned region or countries.
• Attends PSV/SIVs as requested and tracks resolution of post-SIV items.
• Coordinates with SSE-PL/SSE-SL, MA, and CRO for site identification and engagement.
• Maintains study trackers and supports recruitment strategies and site activation.
• Regularly interacts with priority sites and contributes to global engagement strategy.
