Job summary

Geelong, VIC-based footwear brand is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist. The role involves owning global social channels, crafting a dynamic content calendar, and producing engaging content across platforms.

You’ll work with teams in Australia and London, plus creators and agencies, to elevate the brand everywhere. You’ll film, edit and publish short-form content, align paid and organic efforts with a performance agency, and manage influencer/UGC programs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social channels and creating content.
• Exposure to influencer, UGC or PR partnerships.
• Loves social media and stays current with online trends.
• Confident in filming, editing and producing short-form content.
• Understands how social, paid media, PR and business results connect.

Responsibilities

• Own the global social channels and content calendar, keeping content relevant, engaging and on-brand.
• Film, edit and publish short-form content; involved from concept to live publish.
• Collaborate with the performance media agency to align paid and organic social.
• Manage influencer, UGC and product seeding activity with Europe Communications Manager.
• Help bring the PR strategy to life across ANZ, including events and activations.
• Monitor performance and use insights to improve content and strategy.
