- Ability to coach and develop teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead a culture building an engaged team of product and Brand ambassadors in-store.
- Empower Store Management to be customer-first, people-focused, results-driven.
- Coach the team to deliver Brand moments and elevated flagship experiences.
- Identify development needs to boost wellness, engagement and performance.
- Collaborate with Field VM and Merch to derive insights and great customer experiences.
- Manage store schedules and wages to hit productivity targets.
- Advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation and its global projects.
