Job summary

Mundipharma, Sydney, Australia, seeks a Senior Manager, Safety Cluster Lead to drive local Pharmacovigilance operations across multiple territories. You will lead safety processes, oversee external vendors, monitor compliance, and support audit readiness within a global safety framework.

The role requires 3–5 years in PV operations, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of GVP regulations. The incumbent will partner with Global Safety leadership and QA to ensure high-quality safety deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or related field.
• Pharmacovigilance knowledge and regulatory affairs desirable.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• 3–5 years in Pharmacovigilance (Operations preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for local PV activities across designated territories.
• Oversee safety processes, SOPs, and documentation.
• Manage PV vendors and ensure KPI/compliance metrics.
• Support audits, inspections, and CAPA actions.
• Collaborate with Global Safety leadership and cross-functional teams.
