Job summary

Mundipharma is seeking a Senior Manager, Safety Cluster Lead to oversee Pharmacovigilance activities across multiple territories. You will partner with Global Safety Leadership, QA, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Safety and external stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient PV operations and ongoing process transformation.

In this role, you will manage external PV vendors, drive safety deliverables, and support audit and inspection readiness, contributing to a centralized and globally aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related scientific discipline.
• Additional qualification in Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, or Regulatory Affairs is desirable.
• Strong understanding of international Pharmacovigilance regulations and requirements.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for local Pharmacovigilance operational activities across assigned territories.
• Ensure implementation and maintenance of safety processes, SOPs, and documentation.
• Drive CAPA actions and support audits/inspections.
• Monitor vendor performance through KPIs and ensure timely safety deliverables.
• Escalate issues and implement corrective actions where needed.
