Job summary

POP MART, a global pop-culture retailer, is expanding its Australia team with permanent full-time Sales Associates in Sydney. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and help drive sales while maintaining store standards and supporting deliveries and stock management.

The role offers a fast-paced environment, weekends and late shifts, and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding brand. English fluency is required, Mandarin/Chinese is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Permanent full-time role available.
• Full permanent working rights in Australia required.
• Willing to work across all 7 days and variable rosters.
• Store hours typically 10am–9pm.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer experience with confident, energetic service.
• Share product knowledge and introduce new collections.
• Support sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain store standards: stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Process transactions via POS and follow store procedures.
