Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in an HR Administration, Office Administration, Data Entry, or similar administrative role.
• Strong interest in developing a career within Human Resources.
• Experience working with HRIS systems or platforms requiring high data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare employment contracts, promotion letters, parental leave correspondence, and other employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and files.
• Update HR systems and databases to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
