Job summary

Megaport is seeking a highly organised People & Culture Project Lead to drive the people side of acquisitions and integration across global teams. You will turn complex projects into actionable plans, working with People & Culture, Legal, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to keep initiatives on track.

You will own Day 1 readiness, HR data migration, payroll and benefits coordination, and develop standardised frameworks for future acquisitions, while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Strong project coordination across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Experience supporting M&A integration or HR transformation projects.
• Understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of people integration activities for acquisitions.
• Coordinate pre-acquisition HR due diligence and translate risks into actionable plans.
• Ensure Day 1 readiness including employee data, payroll, and systems.
• Develop and manage comprehensive integration project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Maintain project governance, action tracking and stakeholder communications.
