Job summary

EF International Language Campus, Perth, seeks an Operations Intern to support our team across Accommodation, Student Services, Activities and Academics. You will rotate through departments, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship while contributing to the smooth operation of the language school.

The internship offers broad exposure to school operations, working with students from around the world, and opportunities to develop problem-solving and teamwork skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Independent, adaptable and comfortable moving between different tasks and teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of working with a diverse range of people.
• A proactive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Available to work some evenings and weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Support homestay and residence check-ins/outs and update records.
• Assist with student records and general administrative processes.
• Help plan, promote and run student activities and events.
• Assist with orientation for new arrivals and support the academic team.
