About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Global Mobility Advisor to support ASC's talent mobilisation requirements through the effective management of international assignments.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end case management of a high volume of international assignments, ensuring employees are mobilised efficiently, compliantly and with a positive experience throughout their assignment journey. You will play a key role in coordinating mobility activities across multiple time zones, working closely with employees, internal stakeholders and external service providers to deliver seamless mobilisation outcomes.

With a strong focus on service excellence, you will ensure compliance with ASC's global mobility policies and procedures while maintaining effective control of assignment costs. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships, manage competing priorities and navigate complex mobilisation requirements will be critical to your success.

This opportunity would suit a proactive and detail‑oriented professional with experience in global mobility, employee relocation, immigration, HR operations, workforce mobilisation or a similar case management environment who enjoys delivering exceptional employee experiences while managing complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of international assignments from initiation through to completion, ensuring a seamless and positive employee mobilisation experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, leaders and key stakeholders, providing expert guidance on global mobility processes, policies and requirements.
• Assess assignment needs and develop mobility solutions that align with business objectives, employee circumstances and ASC's global mobility framework.
• Prepare mobility recommendations, assignment documentation, contracts, compensation calculations and cost estimates for review and approval.
• Coordinate and manage external vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and timely resolution of assignment-related matters.
• Provide payroll instructions relating to assignment allowances, benefits and lump-sum payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor assignment costs, entitlement utilisation, key milestones and compliance obligations, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring data integrity and supporting reporting requirements.
• Proactively manage and respond to enquiries received through the Global Mobility mailbox, delivering timely and professional support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and the appropriate sharing of information throughout the assignment lifecycle.
• Support annual remuneration review and taxation processes, ensuring global mobility considerations are accurately incorporated.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, increase efficiency and improve service delivery outcomes.
• Ensure all mobility activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, legislative requirements and governance standards.
