Coates Group is seeking a senior leader to drive the transformation of global manufacturing and quality operations from a strategic, cross-cultural perspective. The role will build and lead a high-performing team, reshape operating models across regions, and act as a change agent to turn manufacturing and quality into a competitive advantage.

The candidate should bring deep quality and manufacturing expertise, plus experience in multi-country production transfers, supplier network

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in global manufacturing/operations/supply chain.
• Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality degree; Master’s or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
• Experience transforming manufacturing/operations across multiple countries and cultures.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic redesign of the global contract manufacturing network across markets.
• Drive maturity in manufacturing and quality to enable scale and transformation.
• Build and lead a high-performing global manufacturing and quality organization.
• Act as change leader with cross-functional buy-in across Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and Commercial teams.
• Own manufacturing engineering and strategy including site selection and transfer projects.
• Establish and monitor quality KPIs; lead CAPA for systemic issues; ensure regulatory compliance across segments.
