Nucleus Network in Australia seeks a Head of Clinical Development to lead our global awarded clinical trial portfolio. This senior role drives planning, startup, governance, budgeting and contractual delivery across Clinical Development, Ethics & Regulatory, and Contracts teams.

You will build strong client relationships, ensure occupancy and revenue targets, shape development strategy, mentor teams and contribute to the growth of a leading early-phase CRO.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of clinical research experience, including at least 5 years in leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of clinical trials and operations.
• Strong strategic, analytical and commercial acumen.
• Proven leadership with ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the global Clinical Development function and awarded trial portfolio.
• Drive strategic planning, operational integration and delivery of objectives.
• Oversee study timelines, budgets, contracts, operational planning and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain sponsor, client, vendor and stakeholder relationships; monitor portfolio performance.
• Act as Research Governance Officer and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulations.
• Lead strategic improvement initiatives and best-practice clinical research standards.
• Collaborate across multiple functions and global units to achieve success.
