Job summary

Sanitarium is seeking a commercially driven, relationship-focused professional to lead the development and management of in-market partner relationships across multiple international markets. You will align with Sanitarium’s international strategy to drive sustainable growth and work with internal and external stakeholders to pursue new opportunities and execute joint business plans.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in sales and/or marketing.
• International business experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural relationship-building skills.
• Forecasting and P&L management experience.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet analysis and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Understanding of grocery retail dynamics advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for new product launches and expanded distribution.
• Develop, execute and monitor joint business plans with international partners.
• Address in-market challenges and gaps to targets.
• Manage accurate customer forecasts and trade spend investment.
• Partner with Marketing, Category, Demand and Supply Chain to meet objectives.
• Deliver sales targets in line with budget expectations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships focused on partnership and growth.
• Liaise with regulatory/compliance teams to meet market-specific requirements.
• Travel internationally as required to meet distributors and retailers.
