Job summary

Mecca-Magifications is seeking a commercially minded Commercial Strategy Lead to shape growth across our MECCA-Maginations portfolio, including MECCA MAX, MECCA COSMETICA and New Brands. You will translate insights into strategic recommendations and partner with cross-functional teams to drive international expansion and new opportunities.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Strategy, you’ll lead market analyses, build business cases, and support go-to-market plans while leveraging your passion

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience across commercial or corporate strategy.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with market sizing or business cases experience.
• Experience using data to develop clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Exposure to international markets or beauty industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead market, competitor and retailer analysis to inform international expansion and partnerships.
• Identify future categories and emerging opportunities; develop market sizing and business cases.
• Lead due diligence for new brands, products, and investments; translate insights into strategy.
• Support go-to-market plans and partnerships; work with Product, Inventory and Brand Marketing teams.
• Analyze product performance across MECCA-Maginations; identify exits, renovations or growth opportunities.
