Job summary

N/A is seeking a finance leader to take ownership of global financial reporting, accounting operations, controls, treasury and payroll. The role involves leading a five-person team, driving efficiency and governance across a SaaS-focused finance function.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of technical accounting experience, global payroll oversight, and a strong interest in AI-driven process improvements. Flexible hybrid work with some in-office presence is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting experience (8+ years) likely from Big 4 (mid-tier at minimum).
• Global payroll management/oversight experience is highly valued.
• SaaS/tech industry experience with global operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a five-person team, driving capability and engagement.
• Finalize historic financial reporting as a top priority for Q4 2026.
• Establish robust controls, accounting policies and governance frameworks.
• Champion automation and AI-led initiatives across finance operations.
• Oversee treasury management, capitalisation, and payroll governance.
• Approve key finance operations activities and manage risk.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Tax, People & Culture, Legal and Product.
• Lead revenue operations and ESOP accounting compliance.
• Contribute to critical business transformation initiatives, including operating model improvements.
