Job summary

The Arnott's Group is seeking an Export Manager to grow our international business across key markets. You will partner with distributors and customers, drive sales targets, and shape annual business plans while collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver strong export outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years in sales/export roles within FMCG or consumer goods, a proactive hands-on approach and a passion for international markets.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and manage distributors or key accounts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to support sales targets.
• Commercial awareness with experience in forecasting, pricing discussions and customer planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with distributors and customers across export markets.
• Support delivery of sales and volume targets in the export channel.
• Work with distributors to develop and execute annual business plans.
• Identify opportunities to increase distribution and sales in existing markets.
• Support new product launches and promotional activity in export markets.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance for forecasting and inventory planning.
• Monitor market performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in customer negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Maintain understanding of export requirements and market dynamics.
• Represent The Arnott's Group at customer meetings and industry events.
