Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in end-to-end process or systems mapping, including identifying control points and improvement opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills to assess information, identify trends and support internal controls.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in risk and compliance controls, including control design and assurance testing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the response to data handling issues and potential data loss incidents across the business.
• Collaborate with privacy, risk, compliance, technology, operations and business teams to support investigations and provide guidance during incidents.
• Help improve processes, reporting and stakeholder engagement related to data handling and incident response.
