• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, procedures and trade compliance.
• Proficient in customs clearance software and online customs portal.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & PC.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proven expertise in planning & organizing, with a strong accuracy & attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end customs clearance for import/export shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Review customs documentation, classify goods, and determine duties and taxes.
• Resolve customs issues and provide customer service by addressing inquiries and proactively resolving clearance problems.
• Collaborate with government agencies and internal teams for timely clearance.
