Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Media to guide its corporate narrative across Australia, New Zealand and the broader Asia Pacific region. Reporting to the VP, External Communications, you'll shape strategy, manage key media relationships and advise senior leaders.

This role requires a strategic, globally minded communications professional with a track record in crisis management, international PR campaigns and strong storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, corporate affairs, public relations, journalism, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a similar role with proven media/PR campaigns.
• Experience leading crisis communications and complex media issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of representing the company publicly.
• Proven experience managing international PR campaigns.
• Understanding of financial earnings requirements for public companies.
• Familiarity with social networks: LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram.
• Strong collaboration, integrity, and team-oriented approach.
• Excellent project management, budgeting, vendor management and event planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist VP External Communications in crafting a corporate media relations strategy aligned with business goals.
• Advise the Executive Steering Committee (ESC) and senior leaders on communications.
• Provide communications guidance to improve corporate reputation and employee engagement.
• Lead crisis communications preparedness and scenario planning.
• Manage media monitoring for timely coverage.
• Build and maintain strong media relationships to enhance Aristocrat's reputation.
• Serve as spokesperson and convey messages to media outlets.
• Coordinate global PR campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Develop dashboards to review KPIs across major projects.
• Identify risks and communicate ESC priorities and challenges.
