Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Communications Manager for APAC to shape messaging across the region, partnering with senior leaders to bring strategy, culture and stories to life. You will craft compelling content for intranet, social channels, leadership communications and employee campaigns.

In this role you’ll manage APAC internal channels, plan town halls and events, and collaborate with business leaders to deliver engaging updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Internal/Corporate Communications or related
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Experience translating strategy into employee content
• Strong presentation and influencing skills
• Ability to build relationships across cultures and geographies

Responsibilities

• Deliver APAC Internal Communications strategy for Aristocrat
• Create content across Ally, Viva Engage, LinkedIn, and campaigns
• Manage APAC internal channels and drive engagement
• Plan town halls and employee events; produce content
• Collaborate with leaders on messages and updates
• Measure effectiveness with data and analytics
