Job summary

Hewitt Foods is seeking a commercially minded Communications Manager to shape how the business tells its story across Australia, the USA and beyond. Reporting to the CMO, you will lead internal and external communications, shaping Hewitt's narrative and building trust with employees, customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate communications, corporate affairs or PR within a complex or high-profile organisation.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, journalism or related discipline.
• Proven portfolio of corporate communications including media releases and executive messaging.
• Commercial mindset to align communications with business objectives.
• Experience engaging senior executives and diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to measure impact using digital platforms and data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Hewitt's corporate communications strategy across international markets.
• Draft executive speeches, announcements and thought leadership.
• Manage media relations to boost visibility and credibility.
• Shape internal comms for 1,000+ employees across markets.
• Tell Hewitt’s story through content across corporate and digital channels.
• Identify reputational risks and support leadership in crisis situations.
• Measure and report on communications performance and insights.
