Job summary

Unispace is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead tenant improvement projects from planning through delivery on-site in Australia. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and ensure timely, quality outcomes across complex spaces.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years of construction PM or TI experience, proficiency in MS Project and Vista, and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project management or project engineering experience in construction, with tenant improvement (TI) exposure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Vista or similar software; strong documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high‑impact projects from start to finish, including planning and delivery.
• Attend weekly on‑site meetings to provide updates and liaise with clients.
• Coordinate site walk-throughs with subcontractors and document progress.
• Manage project documentation and workflows using project management tools.
• Update schedules and communicate changes to the team and stakeholders.
